Thank you to all who played in the Texas Scramble today, another good turnout which saw some great results in beautiful conditions on a warm and sunny day.
Congratulations to Kev Wright, Frank Finch, Tom Standley & Dean Creasey who won the competition with a superb Nett 55 beating Graham Fletcher, Kev Button, Rich Pellew & George Draper who scored a Nett 56. 3rd place went to Stephen Berry, Stephen Corlett, Manuel Ceconi & Taff Goodway with a very respectable 58. A special mention to the 4th place Team of Sam Whittaker, Aaron Bonthron, Lee Johnson & Dean Johnson with a superb Gross 58, Nett 59 which included 14 Birdies and 4 Pars, great knock Gents.
Next week is the Grouse Greensomes and entries close at 17:00 hours tomorrow, Monday 21st March 2022 so you still have time to enter if you wish to. I'm conscious there are a lot of new members within the Club and if you wish to play but haven't got a partner please send me a text and I'll try my best to pair you up for doubles competitions.
