GENTS COMPETITIONS UPDATE - EXTENSION TO ENTRIES

Gents,

An extension to competition entries on HOWDIDIDO has been made.

Previous correspondence stated that competition entries would close 1 week before the competition commenced.  Entry has now been extended to 1900hrs on the Thursday before the start date.

The draw will be done once the entry date and time has closed and you will receive an email to confirm your start time and playing partners.

The first competition that you need to book through HOWDIDIDO is the Jubilee Cup.  This is now live and taking bookings.

You are to mark your own card throughout your round in column A with your stableford score
in column B.

You are to allocate a playing partner as a check scorer in your group and record his scores
in the marker’s column on the left of the card, as if you had swapped cards. You are to print
your allocated playing partners name on the markers signature line so I can cross reference.

Once the scores have been verified as correct the player is to sign
his own card and enter the stableford score in the box provided on the bottom left of the

Your card is to be put in the foot bin at the entrance of the clubhouse in the correct lid. This
has 3 lids; one for gents, one for ladies and one for seniors.

GENTS COMPETITIONS RE-START BOOKING

Gents,

Please be aware that bookings for the competition on the 28th are being taken via Graham in the Pro Shop.

On the previous news alert I did say that it was to be booked via BRS. But as not all members have been able to book via BRS due to not having log on details or just having trouble in general, it has been decided that bookings can be made direct through Graham.

If the same problem occurs for the competition on the 5th July then again bookings are to be made via the Pro Shop. An alert will be publish to let you know.
