match report for today's away match against South Kyme.
The weather for today's away match against South Kyme started off with lots of rain; however, that soon gave way to better dryer weather with only a few spots falling after the initial drowning. Over night the rain had been seriously bad therefore temporary green were being used as some of the main greens were waterlogged.
It turned out to be a very friendly match where putting was a lottery but the number of putts was easily outnumbered by the number of jokes told!! Eventually the home side came through with a win 5 matches to 3.
All golfers who played today are looking forward to next years fixture.
