I source my ingredients as locally as possible, game is brought into the restaurant from the local shoots, I go and choose my own turkeys, pick wild garlic from the woods, and forage local woodlands for acorns for my delicious homemade ice-cream.
We use what we say is one of the best butchers in Lincolnshire, H.E.Wilkinsons and Sons, of Cherry Willingham.
We purchase all our speciality food and ingredients such as Wild mushrooms, fregola, fresh yeast and Tonka beans from Jonathan at Ritter Courivaud Ltd.
Our fresh fish comes from a long term Blankney golf club member Mr Rick Streeter and Son who go to great lengths to provide what you ask for.
